The hotel location was good...

Liked: The breakfast was good with many offerings.
Disliked: The wallpaper in our room was peeling off. There were mildew stains and other stains on the walls and stains on the bathroom tile floor. The guest hairdryer was dirty and sticky. Needs to be replaced.

Very disappointing.

Disliked: I made the reservation a couple months before arrival. A double queen is what we ordered and confirmed. When we checked in it was a king room. The desk clerk was pretty rude and short with us when I said we had confirmation for 2 queen beds. For our physical condition and comfort we need 2 queens. She blamed the company we made our reservation through saying they always make errors and don't know what rooms are available. I asked to give us a 2 queen room. But she said they were full. I could go on but I won't. It may not seem like a big deal to whoever reads this. But to us it was. A contract is a contract and we had one with Quality Inn in Escanaba. We will never stay with Quality Inn again and will never recommend them.
