Liked: I did not stay. I couldn’t check in. You asked me arrival time I stated 10 am. Opon arrival I was told I couldn’t die too there policy checkin at 3. I tried contact booking.com and could not get in contact with customer support and there’s a time frame too receive Ty our money back. So therefore I went and checked into a completely hotel. When a customer is coming into a town from another location. State or hours from home on buisness or leisure. Ready too check in and book in advance. Why ask what is the expected time which I gave you. Then can’t check in the person me in question probably like too get off the road at which time verses waiting hours before check in. I will report too my bank that this is a problem I will not do buisness again and will put the review out too warn others of the flaw
