Comfortable stay; great value, quiet...

Liked: Great value, good customer service, quiet property, clean. Check in was quick and easy.
Disliked: Older interior finishes that may require updates or repairs, limited breakfast selection. I would have liked having access to free drinks during stay, including filtered bottled water or soda.

Room nice and very quiet....

Liked: Didn’t like much. Didn’t have breakfast location fine. Tv didn’t work coffee pot didn’t work, I made reservations a month in advance ask for ground floor I’m disabled but they didn’t have one available.
Disliked: Ask for ground floor a month before me going there. I’m disabled they didn’t have room on ground floor. I had to climb stairs and they were slick so I fell on the stairs.

Came down to visit elderly...

I would not stay here...

Liked: it was easy to locate. when I told the staff at checkout, they knew and seemed indifferent. it seems they may have no ability to make a difference. Possibly, management should listen to the staff.
Disliked: The entire floor sloped in our room and the toilet wobbled badly.
