Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the room and the service that was given by both the night staff and the morning staff both guys gave the best customer service
Disliked: I didn’t like that the pool was not available and their was no breakfast available which was advertised and that was the reason why we book that location

Disliked: when i booked the room it did'nt say anything about a deposit. But other then that i had a great stay!!!

A nightmare I slept and...

Liked: My room was the last room available. The workers use the rooms. There was trash on the floor, the shower was used soap opened, wet towels left in the floor and inside the shower, the tv and phone didn’t work. My bed was slept in. I booked the room online and it was 12a I was alone & just wanted a bed to sleep before driving back to Houston. The room/ hotel was DIRTY. Elevator didn’t work so had to walk up the abandoned stairs. Staff was some young kid who tired to convince me to not stay in the room, even had me view it before he gave me the keys.

Great location, needs work on...

Liked: The location was very ideal to explore the area. Easy access from the road. Plenty of parking available.
Disliked: The pool and breakfast were closed ! The hotel rooms smelled like mold or humidity really bad. It was not a good experience when the towels weren’t stocked, house cleaning never showed up during our two day stay to restock basic essentials. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned in one of the rooms.

NEVER COMING BACK

Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: Lied about breakfast sheets and blankets were nasty stained up just dirty. I mean. Then our room had a soft spot on the floor somebody will fall thru that floor. I mean the bathroom were not clean. Refrigerator nasty. Yall need to clean that place up oh and they didn't mention a 30.00 fee for not smoking in the room. Which us dumb because you might as well it's not like this a 5 star hotel. The pictures and what they adversited online looked nice and legit until you get there never again. CLEAN THAT PLACE UP ITS DISGUSTING USE WASHING POWDER AND BLEACH AMH
