Never again will i stay...
Liked: location and price
Disliked: the rudeness of the front desk when checking in, we have used priceline for booking stays when we have big snow storms , we have never had a problem with check ins. We were treated rudely and was denied a phone number to reach the general manager to find a solution from the problems.

Disliked: The entire experience was a nightmare,the check in process caused me to miss a game I paid $--- dollars for and as a Veteran this is unacceptable.

Disliked: Travelers beware of this hotel! Management is absolutely horrendous, bordering on unethical theft! We had prepaid for 4 nights in this hotel. We check in Thursday night, Friday morning we call to report the blinds in the room as broken (couldnt raise the shades). They sent someone to the room and accused us of breaking them. Said they would be keeping our security deposit and could charge us an additional $500 for the repair. When I stated I wouldnt pay $500 for something that was broken when we arrived the general manager, Jonathan, said we were no longer welcome to stay at the hotel. He said he would refund me for the nights we didnt stay but here we are almost 2 weeks later and he has not followed through on that promise and doesnt not respond to contact attempts. He wouldnt give us confirmation of our check out which was sketchy. Absolutely horrible management. In reading the other 1 star reviews it seems to be a theme. Broken items in the room upon arrival, terrible management/customer service, and sneaky charges. I cant stress enough- find somewhere else to stay! You run the risk of being overcharged for either fake damages or being charged more than the originally quoted price. Do yourself a favor and protect your bank account by finding another hotel- theres tons to choose from.

Liked: Rooms were clean and general appearance of the hotel was adequate.
Disliked: Absolutely horrendous customer service. Do not stay at this hotel! General manager ripped us off for $---. Read the reviews of others- many have had similar experiences. I wish I knew this before booking this hotel.

Liked: It was new, clean, in a central location, check in was easy, and the bed was super comfortable. The super soft king bed with all the soft pillows was the highlight of our stay.
Disliked: -Even tho we had a suit, the bathroom was very disappointing. Dispute having all that room, they chose the style of bathroom youd find in a $40/night motel. -The blinds were broken in our room, so no privacy from the other hotels around us. -The continental breakfast was the worst of any hotel Ive been to.
