Liked: Nothing, we never got to stay at this hotel. Our reservations were cancelled without us knowing about it. We arrived and no reservation, you guys are refunding us the amount we paid because no rooms were available at all. We had to find somewhere else.
Disliked: Everything - When we arrived they had no reservation even though we paid for the hotel. We had to find somewhere else to stay and pay more.

Disliked: They charged me for four days I only stayed two days. The real issue is I could not reach them on the phone , no answer and their voice message was full so I had to contest the charges with my credit card company.

One of the most unpleasant experiences at a motel ever!

Liked: I liked the fact that my truck and trailer was not broken into.
Disliked: The initial room we were given was in a top building in the middle of the monthly rentals. There were homeless laying in the alley where I was told to park and crowds of unfriendly appearing folks that seemed to be hanging out at the facility. We had to dodge these folks and navigate the multiple vehicles in states of disrepair to reach the room. The room was horrible, there was feces splattered everywhere in the toilet, the bedding was obviously unwashed and dirty, there was blood on 2 of the pillows, the smell almost took my breath away and the carpet looked like the parking lot we walked across. I went to the office and told them I wanted a room in the "main" building and eventually I was given one closer to the safety of the office. That room had clean sheets, however there were no glasses or cups of any kind, no tissues, the toilet over flowed onto the floor and the shower drain was plugged. My truck was not broken into or vandalized and that is the highlight of the stay. Do NOT take your wife or family to this facility. This is not a safe, secure or clean room experience. It may be the worse @175.00 I ever spent on a room. We were past our cancelation time or we would have driven wherever was necessary to get adequate accommodations. There was a time when the quality inn sign generally meant a standard of excellence, evidently not anymore.
