Liked: I think that it was very clean and the office staff were very nice. Overall, a very nice stay.

Disliked: Pillows smelled like pot and mattresses hard. Bathroom old and dated. 3 people 2 towels. Noisy family running yelling hallway. I always stayed in Kingston poughkipsee and enjoyed. This was not well kept property

Liked: I like the price and the rooms are decent
Disliked: I booked it and paid through booking.com and then you have a choice whether to put $100 down on cash or have it held on a credit card. I gave them the hundred dollars in cash and they asked for identification and a credit card. I got charged twice on my card for a total of $200 which I’m now waiting to be released to me and they had had my hundred dollars cash I did get it back the next day but now I still have to wait to get my money back of the 200 that never should’ve been charged in the first place. Secondly I was given two key cards for the room when I went out to get lunch. I took one card when I came back. I couldn’t get in the glass door. Somebody had to let me in and then it didn’t work on my room, so of course having to walk to the front desk Lunch is getting cold now I was told only to use that card in particular and throw the other one away I also forgot my medication and my phone chargers.. I called when I got home and asked if they could go check the room. They said they found the cords but not the medication. I can tell you exactly where I left it and it’s a pill container with all the days of the week and my medication was labeled on the back. I didn’t expect to get that back that would like dropping up $100 bill on the ground, no one‘s gonna admit they took it. I’ve stayed here two weeks in a row. First time the bed was so horrible. I wanted to die at least that was an improvement this time and forgetting my personal items was my fault just too many little annoyances for me.

Not worth the money spent.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The toilet was leaking so the floor was wet in bathroom around the toilet. The TV remote needed manual entry and there was no digital menu. It was a paper menu. For $170 this room was sub par.

Very poor

Liked: The hotel is run down, it seems like there hasn't been a paint job in years.There was smoke smell throughout the hotel, it even smell like it was coming through the vents in my room.

Excellent value and excellent location.

Liked: Would highly recommend. Staff were courteous and always available to help. Facilities were excellent and very comfortable beds! Definitely stay here in the future.

Short.

Liked: You can tell the owners are putting major effort and pride into this facility. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and you can see upgrades coming. The room.was comfortable enough, tidy and clean with some signs of wear, but perfectly acceptable for the price range.
Disliked: There was constantly people hanging out inside and outside of the entrance ways and hallways. A strong smell of pot smoking or vape was present in the air. All this lent itself to an overall uneasy feeling that maybe there was a cause for concern regarding safety. If it was not for this, I would certainly stay here again.
