Great stay.

Liked: They had a hard time finding my reservation, with Booking.com. They put me in a room, anyways, as the front desk staff and I tried to work out the issues with Booking.com.
Disliked: I was forced to call Booking.com to try to get some help, checking in. The call cost me almost as much as 2 rooms at this property. I have stopped using Booking.com, since a simple phone call to your support line cost me $200+. I have deleted the app, and never plan on using your services again. But, I will definitely stay at the Quality Inn in Petoskey again.

convenient location and clean hotel.

Liked: The hotel was quite clean. And the building is quite spread out. So there are plenty of spaces for parking. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The facilities were a bit old and the room wasn't very sound-proven. There's no elevator but fortunately we stay on the first floor.

Liked: For us, the location was perfect. The desk clerk was quite helpful and nice. Breakfast was average .
