Disliked: we did not have hot water for a long trip that was ahead of us, we asked staff and response was not they could do. we would like to ask for refund

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: For starters, no hot water and the staff didn't inform us during check in, the water is so cold and very yellow in color, the beds are so bad, and the room's AC kept making noise all night long.

Disliked: They had no hot water. The pipes broke

Disliked: The room was disgusting, blood stains on the bed sheet. Went to front desk and they said they couldn't do anything. Gave me a blanket and that was that. Didn't give a discount for the inconveniance.

Disliked: Room wasn't clean. Trash found in the room from previous occupants. Bathroom was nasty, shower head was dirty, looks like it has never been cleaned.

Disliked: Information how to contact hotel for airport pick up was not very clear, but when we called, everything went smoothlly.
