It's a nice place and...

Liked: Location and breakfast were fine.
Disliked: The toilet did not flush. I had to remove a towel from the tank in order for it to flush. Housekeeping should have checked this. Do they have a checklist ?In the morning there was no hot water for the shower. The knob wasn't working. I took a cold shower. It wasn't pleasant.

Liked: Always just what I need at the time I need it
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff were lovely and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were a little dated but fine otherwise.

Liked: This is a decent hotel and its clean. I would suggest you provide more soap and a betterbreakfast than cold cereal and bread products [toast, bagels, waffles]. The breakfast menuis really sad.
Disliked: breakfast and the television was poor quality.

Liked: The smell of smoke got me went I first got in the room. Had airfresher it help it was a non-smoking room
Disliked: The location and the quietness was great thanks for the team

Great value for the money

Liked: The rooms are ALWAYS ALWAYS clean and comfortable. And I like the value of the product that's sold. Plus it's in a safe environment and location
Disliked: 3pm check-in

Disliked: Hair in sink, first room given smelled like cigarettes. TVs in both rooms did not connect/work. Room had broken parts that needed repair. Breakfast was minimal/ no meat, and some food was past its expiration date.
