Horrible, not coming back and...

Disliked: Not clean, pool was dirty and a lot of stray cats IN the pool. Stray cats in the office. The first room the sink was clogged and the appliance were dirty. The gave me another room that was still dirty and the bathtub floor was separated so you feel like your walking in a ballon. AC leaked into the room and wet my bag and everything inside it. We found roaches in the bathroom and even had a family member had one crawling on him while sleeping. Room was hard to open had to tap my key multiple times to get in. When they came to clean the room they only took out the trash and didn’t even changed or gave me more towels. The overall place need a lot of TLC and it’s smells like poop everywhere.

Liked: The locations is good, beds were comfy. The breakfast was ok. The hotel has free shuttle to the airport which is good to have. The staff could be a little friendlier.
