The facility was meh...just marginally...

Liked: The location was very convenient off interstate 35 and in a quiet area. Lots of parking even for bigger vehicles. The hot tub and pool were clean. Very few pool towels available in pool area. Only two bath towels in our room ( for two guests) so I had to use pool towels to wash my hair. Nice soft water and shampoo and conditioner products were nice and full size on the wall. Very comfortable bed and bedding.
Disliked: The breakfast was so gross. Cold, spongy scrambled eggs and luke warm turkey sausage. The waffle batter was old maybe, as the waffle tasted pre-stale and odd flavor despite being freshly cooked. Our room was questionably not clean. There was someone's left behind swimsuit in our room and food in the fridge. The lady was slightly rude about us going into the hot tub at 9:30... it closes at 10 and she was abrasive about us being out before that. There is no bathroom in the pool area. That's very inconvenient and slightly concerning about cleanliness. Kids can't wait and will pee in the pool. Broken ice machine and no vending. Front desk has pop and water and chips for sale.

Liked: King size bed with teeny tiny pillows. Bed was comfy and clean. We really liked our stay. Alma was very helpful when I checked in

Don't stay here,

Disliked: Breakfast was very skimpy. A few muffins, a few pieces if bread for toast, 2 choices' of dry cereal. The sausage was ok but the scrambled eggs were awful. Coffee was good and the 2 choices of juice were ok. Oh and a waffle maker which I did not use. Parking lot was terrible. Even the handicap parking spot was ice covered and just waiting for someone to fall. I did mention it to the front deck and his answer was "well it's Minnesota and there is snow and ice in Minnesota"' Well I was BORN here in Minnesota and I know enough to shovel and use "ice melt or sand".I will never stay here again. I will certainly tell anyone I know the same things!!!Check in was the pits. We were given our key but when we went to the room it was already occupied. Thankfully the gal that was cleaning rooms helped us as the front desk was deserted and calling on the phone I was told to just leave a message.Oh and one other thing, the bathrooms really need help. Toilets are so low, like for kindergartner age children. Tubs are not safe and are very slippery. Faucet in sink would spray all over, needs maintenance as does refrigerator and the fan on the thru wall heater.
