Disliked: Seemed a bit run down and not taken care of.

Liked: Pleasant staff and a nice reception area. Plenty of parking space. Location isn't great in terms of things to do, places to eat etc. Comfortable bed. Breakfast offered limited choice but included hot options which I always like!
Disliked: Rooms are tired, drab and noisy (located right next to busy road intersection). Therefore slightly overpriced in my opinion.

They can do better.

Liked: The people that work at the desk are amazing, always greet you with a smile and if there is ever an issue they are happy to help.
Disliked: The smell of mildew in the hallway, the hallways are dark especially near the end of the hallway. The rooms are not being cleaned properly. There is no reason why I should be finding hair in the tub or toilet seat.

Disliked: The facilities, the bathroom needs to be fixed and or updated the hallway, smell, muggy and musty, and someone was cooking food that made the whole hallway stink from the first floor to the second floor not to mention the elevator was not working
