Treated like criminals

Liked: Location and surrounding
Disliked: I had trouble from the time I showed up. I went through booking and said I was bringing pets. I got there and checked in after traveling for eight hours and checked in and headed to my room when the clerk ran to our room and was like you can't stay in this room you have pets . Told us we would have to repack and go to another room in another building. My husband was furious. One thing we booked was saying we had pets. Secondly we already unloaded everything before we were informed they didn't know and were just not happy about it.i talked to the manager and showed how I booked and he informed me about the booking . Com and it didn't guarantee my stay the way I booked it. I got upset at where eventually he broke down and didn't make us move but we were watched like hawks every time we came out of the room like we were going to wreck the place . We will never go there again and I don't recommend this location.

Liked: Receptionist was friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick.
Disliked: Everything was dirty and in disrepair and the sheets and towels need to be replaced. Stains and holes/wear spots on towels and sheets. The back-up lock on the door was not secured properly and didn't work.
