The definition of rundown hotel.

Liked: Looked decent from the outside.
Disliked: The facility was poorly maintained. Many places were the walls had broken pieces of drywall. Multiple gates with broken handles. Random rags flung about the property. The room smelled like cigar. The chairs in the room were stained. The phone in the room did not work. Multiple light fixtures poorly secured. Latch in the hideaway bathroom door was broken. The tile in the shower was cracked. Spider webs along the window frame. The window lock was broken. The outlet where the coffee maker was didn't work. There was a protruding metal coming out the bottom of the bed frame (trip and injury hazard). Missing smoke detector. I was charged $200 for one night and I had my two elderly parents with me. Never again.

Disliked: Too many mirrors in the room

Liked: Cheerful lobby decorated for Christmas
Disliked: Staff working front desk was the quietest talker I have ever met. Had to ask him to repeat himself after nearly everything he said. And my hearing is pretty good!

Liked: Staff very friendly
Disliked: Food choices for breakfast

Liked: Front desk staff very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Really old bathroom that had not been updated with the rest of the room interior. Thin blanket only on bed. Hot tub was freezing cold. Breakfast only had dry cereal and make your own waffles. Old exterior. Disappointing.

I immediately checked out and...

Liked: There was not one thing I liked about the property.
Disliked: Upon checking in and arriving at the room, the towels were dirty full of grass as if they have been drug across the yard. The toilet seat had either. Blood or feces on it. It clearly has not been cleaned.
