Disliked: Eventhough I canceled in plenty of time, they would not refund my one night stay. I will never make reservations there again.

Liked: I liked the location and how clean it was
Disliked: I had no hot water in the room I was staying in so I could not shower so I ended up having to leave early so I could shower

Disliked: Outside lighting was very poor at best, especially around the back of the building. I was very uncomfortable as a single women traveling alone and arriving after dark. The staff was not very helpful when I asked the best way to get to my room.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, lots of TV channels, food at Rosie's was good.
Disliked: The people next door were loud and seemed to be having a large gathering which woke me up. The AC had to be set to 61 just to keep it cool in part of the room. AC vents needed to be cleaned.

Disliked: out dated and dirty... no ice machines

Disliked: I was denied service and they still charged me.denied because they said I. Was local even though I live almost an hour away I was working in Martinsville with my room cuz I had three booked and guess what I had nowhere to stay I slept in my truck.u suck

Disliked: Room was falling apart ,wall in the bathroom falling apart, hot water randomly quits while showering lack vending and ice or at least the machines I seen did not work room#201

Liked: The photos of the exterior were spot on. Check was completed efficiently; however, we were told that a continental breakfast would be available in the morning. The hotel had been selected because it advertised a full breakfast selection.
Disliked: After purchasing foods because we were told at check-in that only a continental breakfast would be provided, at checkout we learned that we had been misinformed. Also, I was charged an additional $65 despite having paid fully in advance!
