Liked: The location was nice. It was right by the water which we loved. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff did not communicate effectively. I requested an early check in and spoke to someone to confirm that but when I arrived, they had made no notes about it so I got a little resistance about checking in early. The breakfast was misleading. They advertised hot breakfast but in actuality, it was fruit, oatmeal, and cereal. Nothing else, so I was really disappointed with that.

Disliked: There was no hot water when we checked in. Never came back on. Run down. People staying there were running the place. The people staying there looked like workers. So disappointing

Liked: Great location but our Room faced parking lot not the water. Nice to have HBO.

Liked: It was nice walking around the nearby marina.
Disliked: There was no hot breakfast because of renovations. I wish we had been informed ahead of time. We felt like the rooms were not sound proof at all. We were hesitant having conversations with each other because it felt like there was no privacy. The place was dirty because of the renovations. It seemed like our room was in the middle of being renovated (dust/debris, spackle on the walls).
