It was okay for 1 night - nothing to rave about; good breakfast.

Liked: Warm water.
Disliked: Room smelled of cigarettes; plugged sink.

Liked: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Washroom needs some work, eg new faucet (leaking), inside the tub did not look too clean...floors were also dirty.

Liked: Easy access to highway, yet also quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was so clean!
Disliked: Nothing.

It made us less enjoyable...

Liked: We stayed here for three nights over the Easter long weekend while visiting friends in Waterloo and taking our son to visit the University of Waterloo. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the city, which was convenient with a car.
Disliked: We were also told in the morning that the hotel had EV charging stations, which was one of the reasons we chose it. But when we arrived in the evening, we were told the chargers weren’t working. When we showed proof of the earlier confirmation via text, the staff changed their response and said they would check with a colleague. Finally they offered us some compensation for charging cost as we have the proof.Moreover, no one came to clean the room at all on the first day we back. On the second day, housekeeping only made one of the two beds and didn’t fully clean the room. For a multi-night stay, this was disappointing.Breakfast was disappointing, the only fruit available was overripe bananas. The vending machines had “ Out of Service” sign.
