Very nice hotel with lovely...

Liked: Prestige has nice properties. The location was ok but no where to walk around and very busy. Very comfortable king bed, excellent staff and great restaurants. Enjoyed the balcony over looking atrium. Thank you for the upgrade.
Disliked: Location very busy, pool noise loud when there’s hockey tournaments.. made sitting out on balcony uncomfortable.

Very good and I would...

Liked: We liked the layout We went for drinks and the waiter was so friendly and so was the waiter at breakfast
Disliked: Pool can be noisy At some of the places we go the kids can swim till 8 pm and adults 8-10

We will stay here again...

Liked: The Pool, the friendliness and hefulness of the staff, the location - within easy walking distance of Vernon town centre.
Disliked: Steps to access our room. That required long detour to avoid steps. There were not many steps but still awkward foe elderly or disabled like us, and for strollers, etc, especially if carrying bags.

Pool needs to be open...

Liked: Love the rooms and the pool area.
Disliked: I don't like the pool being closed at 10:00 pm too early. Plus, it's not fun being shushed by staff and not being able to sit and talk outside of the pool area.

Liked: The hotel is great is clean and staff are exceptional our only complaint is the noise from the the pipes with the air running through them are noisy all night Long
