Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore

We had a balcony water view room (go for that, you'll be glad you did - price is not too bad for water view w/ balcony) - liked it very much. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the concert at the Baltimore Soundstage. I would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Great location; cute retro decor; friendly front desk staff; good security; clean; two great restaurants connected.
Disliked: None, really. My husband somehow expected a free breakfast in the lobby, but it didn't come with our room deal. I didn't care about that.

Liked: This is in a very good location close to everything
Disliked: I booked a suite with balcony expecting it to look like the pictures that display the balcony over looking the water hence the huge difference in price but instead the balcony was facing walls and HVAC equipment when addressed the gentlemen at the desk could care less, however the next day I spoke to a wonderful lady and she was more than accommodating and welcoming

Liked: Amazing location right on the water. Surprisingly quiet since there aren't any through roads passing by. Balcony was more of a walkway with table and chairs for each room. Ample parking in an open lot adjacent to hotel (paid as part of stay). Two restaurants connected directly to hotel. Both evening and morning staff were super friendly. Breakfast had standard warm offerings which was a decent way to start the day.
Disliked: The only way to have super bright lighting in the bathroom was to turn on overhead heat lamp.

Liked: Clean, customer service was top notch. Very nice hotel would highly recommend. Great location!

Liked: Beautiful building with three floors so I didn’t have to be way up. It has parking available I didn’t have to search for parking. It’s located in a perfect location with close by restaurants and attractions. Easy check in and out.The location of the hotel exceed my expectations. Smack in the middle of everything you need. This is what I liked the most.
Disliked: I had a studio it spacious with good view but the carpet was not clean, it needs to steam to remove the stained dirty look and the bathroom door was unable to close. Upon arrival we got clean soft towels but when we asked for a change, the towels we got were dried, stiff, and discolored. They seemed overused. This was the greatest turn off. We left them unused in the same place.

Liked: Location of the property. Not a large property. Water views
Disliked: Bed linen didn’t fit properly. Coffee maker didn’t work well.
