Liked: Reception was lovely and fast to solve issues. The suite itself was nice.
Disliked: We had an "upgrade" and ended up in a tiny room with no balcony when we had booked the opposite (junior suite with balcony). After raising the issue to the staff, it was corrected instantly but we're still wondering now which part of that tiny room was the upgrade. Room was noisy with automatic lights and vent with no way to turn it off or on. Card to open the room was also randomly deactivated during our stay. Cleaning service did not really clean anything but just made the bed. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also a mess with no real waiters, making ordering complicated simply cause the restaurant is mostly designed for buffet. Overall, too many issues for such a short stay.

Location perfect for me, would...

Liked: For me, the breakfast was adequate. The location of the hotel was perfect as my son, who I was visiting, was a 5 minute walk away, and was the reason this hotel was chosen. A big plus for the bathroom, although the floor of the shower area was lethal when wet - needs ridging.
Disliked: The bedroom. When I booked a room, I chose the 'budget' option, and when booking in, was advised I was being upgraded. If the room was an upgrade, I dread to think what the 'budget' room was like! The website shows rooms with balcony and full windows. My room had a skylight, which could not open, and a view of the sky! There was a wardrobe with an empty mini refrigerator in, and an electric kettle. Daily housekeeping was a joke - my used towels were not replaced for the four days, nor was there any sign of a visit on three days. Finally, a map of the location of the facilities they say they offer, would have been useful, namely the vending machines and TV area.

Liked: Breakfast was perfect, beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The room was a bit in worn condition, here there falling apart.The curtains are not enough to make the room dark at night.

Liked: Literally nothing, the rooms are totally different than the photos published.Old furniture and very bad taste of decoration. No tissues no slippers nothing only liquid soap!!
Disliked: Nothing, very bad smell in the reception, restaurant and the corridors
