Liked: Good clean rooms, and a nice breakfast.
Disliked: With arthritis it’s touch to go up stairs much less with luggage, but the staff was nice enough to carry my bags up and down the stairs.

Liked: The inn itself is quaint and beautiful. The location is perfect: a block from the ocean and walking distance from the ferry, shops, and restaurants. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of yummy food, the wine and cheese gathering on the porch was fun and entertaining, and the staff is a friendly bunch who go the extra mile to care for their guests-people you’d like to call friends!

Liked: Great location, walk everywhere in Oak Bluffs. Room was small, but clean, perfect for an overnight stay.
Disliked: very small room but I knew that going in.

Liked: This was an older charming hotel. The room was very comfortable, no fridge, no microwave. The hotel has 3 floors with no elevator. Walking distance to downtown, waterfront, and ferries.
Disliked: No mini fridge, no microwave, no elevator.

Great little place to stay!

Liked: The location was great! Close to the main street and restaurants, the ferry terminal and bus stops. The breakfast options were very good. The hotel was clean and quaint. The receptionist, Jill, was extremely helpful and explained the bus routes, so we could check out the island with the limited time we had.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great, it’s very cute and well maintained. Room was clean.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t super comfortable, it sunk in the middle. Not very handicap accessible.
