Disliked: No hot water was available and I felt that my bedding had not been cleaned too well :(

Liked: The rooms are really comfortable and the staff are very kind (they even switch me to another room because the WiFi wasn’t working at the moment).

Liked: Its secluded in each neighborhood. I think the the overall room was okay a bit small but had a tv and several basic things. clean room and affordable even during the holiday
Disliked: There was a shared bathroom which wasn't bad but they were out of the way and a bit overused. dirty and gross. The staff were a bit unfriendly and short but not bad.

Liked: Cozy and well managed facilities
Disliked: No elivators, so had hard time climbing up with luggage. Location was not that good

Room in Zuffenhausen

Liked: The room was neat and quiet, the receptionist kind.
Disliked: Nothing, all was very good 👍

it was very good and...

Liked: the reception team is very nice and very helpful, they didn't hesitate to fulfill all my requests. the place is very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: the cleaning ladies were sometimes loud in the morning, but we resolved that with the reception team. the kitchen equipments are not complete if you are planning to cook a lot.
