Would be fine if rooms...

Liked: Location and parking both good. Parking a little expensive as you would expect.
Disliked: No air conditioning and windows can only open by an inch or so. The nights we booked turned out to be during a heatwave. We couldn't stay there and checked out before spending the night.

OK especially as booked at...

Liked: Breakfast was OK and plentiful.20 minute walk to centre of Bournemouth and Derby Road is on a major bus route for those of us to have a Bus Pass.Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Shower cubicle was a bit cramped and I am not a large person - could have been a real issue for some people.Cost of overnight parking was not cheap at £14.00 - is this a Bournemouth thing or specific to the hotel ? I hadn't made a point of checking it before booking.
