A good hotel but stay...

Liked: Staff are friendly and caring.Location is great.
Disliked: We travelled with young children and were looking forward to a quiet night’ sleep. Around 12:30 and 1:30 in the night we all woke up hearing loud shouting and swearing noises. At 2:30 am, there was a big noise two doors away ( but felt next door) was trying to break down the rooms door and force inside. There was a woman inside the room, who must have been terrified as the man was swearing and threatening loudly. The hotel staff only intervened after 20 mins and seemed to have taken the man outside for the third time. At 4:00 am the man must have got some tools or hammer to break the door and almost broke the door. I was quite worried about my children and was going to call the police. The hotel staff then called the police and I could hear police arresting the man. This completely spoiled the stay. The hotel staff while friendly and nice were just not able to manage this situation until it was a disaster. In the morning, I could see the damage to the door and all the rubble lying on the floor which meant a lot of force was used and it must have spoiled everyone’s night due to this person.

Liked: The Staff went above and beyond to make our stay really great. Couldn't of asked for better
Disliked: There was no sign up to say card only ! no cash!I think the showers are to small

Liked: Shower was not working well, needed maintainance

Convenient locality for venues and...

Liked: Convenient for getting to locations I needed and close enough to train station to walk. Clean, good sized room, quiet and comfortable. Easy check out despite it being 0400 hours. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Lift was broken, but luckily I only had one flight stairs with suitcase.
