If you’re on a budget,...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The property was scruffy and outdated. The beds very uncomfortable.Each night there was noise in the corridors, so it was difficult to sleep.

Very good

Liked: Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were polite and friendly just what I expect. Location was great as just a short walk from local tube station. Local area was pleasant with green spaces and a few pubs.

My stay was deplorable—dirty, poorly...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: It’s an old, dirty hotel—I don’t recommend it. We stayed two nights and they never made the bed, changed the towels, cleaned the cups, or took out the trash. The sheets were filthy and there were bedbugs. Worst of all, we saw rats in the hallway. It’s poorly constructed: our room door was crooked and ajar on one side, and the blind wouldn’t close properly. It’s truly disgusting.

It was a lovely stay...

Liked: It was a lovely stay and will definitely stay again!
Disliked: Just some constructive feedback would be that there needs to be more hanging space for towels for example hooks on the doors. Also would be nice to have more than one cup of tea available per person. At least 2 per night (and 2 of the same tea as some people do not drink green tea). It would also be really nice if you had a welcome book that has information about the hotel and details about WiFi and how to work the aircon etc.
