Luxurious stay in prime location

Liked: Excellent facilities and the bed and beddings were SO COMFORTABLE! Staff was very helpful and friendly and great restaurant on site.
Disliked: None

Very poor

Disliked: Room had a very old moldy smell that was very uncomfortable. Asked to switch a room but wasn’t able to until the next night. The room I was switched to smelled better but the toilet won’t flush, and the third day my room card stopped working. Overall pretty bad experience.

Good

Liked: Close to a lot of great shopping and restaurants and the staff was easy to work with. I also liked that the front doors locked by a certain time in the evening.
Disliked: I wish you could control the a/c for each specific room and that there was more security locks on the doors.

Decent option for few nights

Liked: Good locationGood breakfast although not operated by the hotel himself
Disliked: Noisy and you cannot control the ACOn top, our room faced the breakfast area, offering limited privacy

Disliked: You can’t control the AC, you have to call the reception each time you need to change it and it’s a pain point because the room is either too cold or too hot and the fact that you can’t control it makes it even worse

Disliked: Everything about the parking was fine except you had to call them every time you needed in. But it is a safety factor also so I understand.

Nice weekend on melrose

Liked: Lovely finishing on a vintage space. Fantastic beds
Disliked: No in room AC control.

Would I go again? Definitely....

Liked: Location... it was fantastic for everything I needed to see and do in West Holywood. The hotel has a cafe as part of its facilities. The breakfast wraps were excellent, as was the coffee. Loved it.The rooms and hotel decor looked incredible.
Disliked: The smallest of things... a kettle would have been nice. If there was one available, I honestly didn't see it. A kettle though... I was gasping for a brew.
