Friendly Staff - Overpriced &...
Liked: Pretty interior and cute outside patio.
Disliked: To be completely honest this hotel is not at all worth the price. I paid over $400 for one night and didn?t get the quality you would expect. The wifi doesn?t work, their TVs have cable only so no Netflix or Hulu etc., and the absolute WORST part is the temperature. There is no individual control of the temperature in the room, you have to call the front desk and ask to change the temperature, which if it?s a hot day you might as well sleep outside. We asked to have the AC cranked up twice and we were still sweltering. Especially for couples that plan to be close at all you?re going to hate sleeping here, you?ll wake up in a puddle of sweat.

Bad, would not recommend others...
Disliked: 1. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear every word in the next room clearly. The next door kept laughing and playing very loud music in the middle of the night, which made me and my friend crazy and weak.2. Stayed here for two nights. The shower gel was used up the first night, and the waiter didn't give a new one when cleaning our room the next day.3. This room have two beds, but there is only a bottle of conditioner(acceptable), a bottle of shampoo(acceptable), a bottle of body lotion(acceptable) and even a piece of bath soap in the room. What does ONE bath soap mean? We have two people in the room! I lived in this place with my not very close friend, isn't it embarrassing to share ONE bath soap?4. There is no adjustable shower head in the bathroom, only a large shower above the head.5. The drainage system of the bathroom is very poor. The water couldn't go down all the time, and the shower turned into a ?BATH?.6. The room was not cleaned well. The first morning, I accidentally dropped the cotton swab on the ground (at obvious position). When I came back that night, I found that the cotton swab was still on the ground.7. A bottle of mineral water in the room costs $13. Is this a robbery?8. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room. I asked the front desk for help, and the front desk only gave me a toothbrush. The toothbrush was so hard that it kept bleeding my gums.9. There was a strange smell in the room. People who are sensitive to fragrance / do not like perfume should not stay in this hotel.

Worst idea if you need...
Disliked: Hi,I?ve been asking for my invoice for more than a week and the staff doesn?t send it. Now they don?t pick up the phone. My team has insisted every day with no answer. It?s so frustrating because my company won?t reimburse me. Hope I can receive the invoice today. Only offer amenities that you...
Liked: The staff, with the exception of the manager. were absolutely wonderful. They made every effort to make me feel comfortable and they were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is ideal.
Disliked: I think that it is vital that hotels/boutiques contain all of the amenities that they list on both their website as well as on Booking.com. The room had no safe, so I was forced to carry my valuables, including my laptop, all over town. I am currently disabled while waiting for a total hip replacement, so one of the main reasons I stayed there was because they offered a room safe. They listed a refrigerator, but it was a minibar stuffed with items. It was stated that the room came with a wardrobe/closet, and all it had was a large coat rack. A plug near the bed was advertised, but it took some creativeness on my part in order to have power in the room. The air conditioner was not automatic, so either the room was too warm, or once I asked to have it turned on, it was extremely cold. I made the mistake of complaining to Booking.com, and I asked them not to notify the hotel because I am disabled and I felt venerable, but the next day I was informed that I had lodged a complaint. Nothing was done to address my issues, and when I checked out I found out that I was double charged for the room even though I specifically requested that the incidental chargers for the room be charged to a second card. I confirmed the new charge as soon as it was done, but management changed the charge to another full room charge which was a pending charge that only recently was finally reversed. I have travelled extensively for decades and this was easily the worst that I have been treated. Only pure luck kept me from being robbed carrying my laptop and valuables everywhere with me while walking with a cane. Please list what a facility offers correctly; it really makes a difference on which hotel to choose, especially when one is a foreign traveller.

Wont be staying here again...
Liked: Location was great and the hotel smell was pleasant
Disliked: Whilst the hotel location was excellent, unfortunately the cons largely outweighed the pros... Room was very small and the walls were unbelievably thin, you could hear everything going on in the hotel and outside on the street. It was also very very dark throughout the whole hotel which made it a mission to get ready. Bathroom was dirty and out dated and one central aircon system meant rooms were unbeleivably hot when sleeping

Great location for what you...
Liked: Location was great! Staff were friendly, room was a decent size for my longer stay. I had to stay an extra night in another smaller room which wasn't as nice but decent enough for a shorter stay. Nice decor. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Shame the restaurant wasn't open so I had to find other alternatives every day but not the end of the world. Also the rooms aren't sound proof so you do tend to hear everyone in the corridor or sometimes next door. When I was in a room downstairs someone having a shower at 5am woke me up. Also being on Melrose can be loud at night so expect some traffic noise. Would be great if they gave complimentary water as it's currently 13 dollars and when you have a late flight in and no restaurant on sight, would have been nice to have that provided.
