Misleading write up

Liked: Owners friendly Very clean, nice comfy bed, seating but no table.Toiletries were full bottles which was nice. Clean towels. Good TV and WiFi.Parking good.Excellent pub in walking distanceLove the resident cat
Disliked: Write up should categorically state NOT staying in the mill but in apartment at the side as I was extremely disappointed finding not in the mill.The tool shed was clean and warm but no windows or chance of getting air through, unless opening front door, which leads straight out onto grounds.Walls were very thin so could hear next door as I'm sure they could hear our TV into the night.Obviously no view as no windows so very disappointing

Disliked: Everything.All rooms bar one were very cold and noisy. No insulation from the outdoors. Please check this property out. It is NOT as it appears in your details and we will NEVER use Booking.com again as we do not trust you to give out fair information on accommodation. Your negligence in a response to our enquiries for a refund the fact that we had to find a different hotel for the remainder of our stay is DISGUSTING AND DIABOLICAL!!!!!
