Liked: Despite encountering some negative comments, my stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The quiet location, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed exceeded my expectations. Plus, the ample free parking and CCTV added to the sense of security. Overall, a positive experience

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The pictures online were beautiful but it was nothing like the pictures. There was damp and mould in our room, the tv remote didn’t work, the wallpaper was peeling off, the sink was cracked, there was just a hole where the overflow stopper should have been in the bath and the bath tap was full of limescale.

Liked: On arrival the property seemed ok, but the talking with another guest at check in things didn’t seem so good, they’d been given a room which already had guests in! They’d been told they had an iron in the room which they hadn’t and then on asking at reception, which we was waiting at, they had no idea where it was! We then got to our room which was absolutely disgusting!!
Disliked: The room we got given was absolutely disgusting, it had thick dust on the walls around the lights, it had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the tv wasn’t even straight mounted on the wall, there where marks and holes in most the walls, the bath was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time, and now the property are ignoring myself and booking.com regarding me getting my money back after having to find another hotel at 9pm

Disliked: Holes in the wall, a underdesk office drawer as a coffee stand. Broken AC. wardrobe broken. Office bin as a bin. Tv not working. The room was like a sauna, but staff did give us a Fan. To say this is a 4 star hotel is a major false advertising.

Disliked: Every thing. Neighbouring room playing loud music at 0130 am . Party very loud the next day til late. No warning given.
