Great stay! Would definitely stay...

Liked: The staff was great! Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal ♥️ loved the omelet bar!! Definitely would recommend and stay again!! Thank you!!
Disliked: That we couldn’t get a drink past 7:30pm and checked in at 8. The elevator button needs to be fixed.

I won’t be using Booking.com...

Liked: The property was fine. It was the service. It was bad. The service with you guys. Booking.com was bad. You guys were supposed to have sent them an email to cancel my reservation. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and I want it canceled. I’m getting a hold of my credit card and having them cancel it. It’s just all been a bad mess.
Disliked: It turned out that they needed the money upfront cash money something to do with they had to have $100 hold on a card. I wasn’t there was a gift for my son that I was giving him a night stay in a motel and it all just became a big messed up mess and I called your company at like 1130 at night. They were supposed to email The motel and tell them to cancel my reservation. I don’t know what happened. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and my card was charged. I’m very very disappointed in what has happened
