Cindy, Bluff Dale, visiting The Factory in Deep Ellum

It is an extremely nice hotel; great amenities. Great views of downtown Dallas and convenient to concert location. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms nice and big. The hotel has 3 restaurants, but I only went to the sport bar and grill that has 100s of TVs, great prices, and good food. Great overall experience.

Liked: 5 star all the way.

Liked: The food that we could get was very good; beds were very nice; room was great after we figured out to use the green switch.
Disliked: No soda machines; places to eat shut down too early.

Booked hotel for my son to attend Linkin Park Concert. Was very impressed with ease of checking in and also extending our stay. Hotel was quite impressive and quality matched some mid eastern 5* hotels I have stayed in.

Very Relaxing and accommodating...

Liked: The free drink coupon and the pool area was the best!!
Disliked: For my short stay I have no complaints at all...What i didn't like is i couldn't stay longer....Marie and andrea at the front desk, was marvelous with customer service throughout my stay.
