Omni Dallas Hotel

It is an extremely nice hotel; great amenities. Great views of downtown Dallas and convenient to concert location. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms nice and big. The hotel has 3 restaurants, but I only went to the sport bar and grill that has 100s of TVs, great prices, and good food. Great overall experience.

Liked: The food that we could get was very good; beds were very nice; room was great after we figured out to use the green switch.
Disliked: No soda machines; places to eat shut down too early.

Booked hotel for my son to attend Linkin Park Concert. Was very impressed with ease of checking in and also extending our stay. Hotel was quite impressive and quality matched some mid eastern 5* hotels I have stayed in.

Disliked: Pricey.

Liked: Front desk clerk changed room assignment to better location and cleaner room
Disliked: Initial room assignment was horrible w worn carpet at door and very dark interior

Liked: conveniently located to convention center. Pool area was nice, comfortable beds, bottle water service in room daily was nice
Disliked: Mold in bathroom shower, someone covered up smoke detectors with hair ties and towel (odd), over worked staff giving wrong info in sports book restaurant
