Great view; lovely staff, very helpful; bed was a bit small but overall very good would go back. :-)

Horrible at ocean beach spa.

Liked: The kettle in the room had a bug inside.The room were dirty rusty.Very unhealthy and uncomfortable environment
Disliked: It wasn’t clean at all.what was advertised it’s wasn’t the same.very poor quality and service

Disliked: The rooms were cramped and dirty. We upgraded to a king and literally got stuck in a room next to the door on the stairs the noise was awful couldn’t sleep. Moved rooms next morning after complaining and was given a room with a sea view but a small bed for myself and my wife. I am a 17 stone man so no room to get comfortable to sleep. I paid for parking for 3 days at £36 in which I could only park in the carpark 1 night then had to park on grass out front . The ceiling was covered in orange stains. You should not sell rooms as you do they are not habitable ! Disgrace I’d ask for my money back but would t get anywhere

Very average, you can stay...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Dated deco, rooms were not clean, floors not hoovered once in our 5 night stay. One staff member I believe a manager was very rude and condescending, booked the hotel as allowed small dogs, no where did it mention a 25 per night fee for dogs, parking is an extra 12.50 a night also.

great location, somewhere to lay...

Liked: location great, lounge area is nice to sit in, overall the room was clean and all furniture ok
Disliked: I found 2 members of staff very aloof and rude at 2 separate points during the stay, one when I was having a medical emergency. The beds are very uncomfortable and the room really hot for some reason even with the heating turned off. The carpet was all stretched and rippled. The shower was not high enough and you could not move it, the temperature of the shower was not hot enough or powerful enough

Disliked: The noise of the lift. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise of doors banging on corridors and squeaky floorboards in corridors. The bathroom shower wasn't great, bathroom could have done with an update.
