Karina, Pasaden, visiting Rosedale Park San Antonio

On our arrival, front desk clerk was nice and courteous. Rooms were clean but we thought it was too small. Beds are marked queens but felt like full size beds. I was not too impressed with our room.

Liked: Walking distance to river walk.
Disliked: Small room and needs a lot of structure repairs.

Won't come back to this...

Liked: The location was very close to the Riverwalk.
Disliked: Ian, the night clerk called me vulgarities and was very unprofessional, rude, and should never be in customer service. I literally could not get my receipt from him until I started taking pictures with my phone of the paperwork. The balcony looked pieced together and not clean. Mini Oreos on the chairs. Let's not forget that the advertised breakfast is non-existent.

Liked: Staff super nice. Hotel has a lot of character (very memorable) and the bed is the most comfortable bed I ever slept in.
Disliked: No breakfast. No plugs in the room (had to unplug lamps to plug my phone). Ac unit swing broken and it blew directly on the bed. Old hotel - but that i knew before i booked it.

Very nice stay overall, wish...

Liked: Beautiful property inside and out
Disliked: Ac was very load at night and the only area with drink/snacks was on the 1st floor and locked up making it impossible to get a drink in the evening hours.
