Liked: Staff was very friendly, nice location, pretty clean, lots to do on property, nice facilities. It's be nice if there were pickleball instructions posted on the court for those who aren't sure how to play.
Disliked: Staff was very friendly but the poor girl upon check in was having a little trouble understanding us and vice versa. The AC in the room kicked on exceedingly loud and the staff took a bit to figure out the pool lights (which is a safety issue as all staff should be thoroughly schooled in all major areas of hotel in event of an emergency). The air hockey table needs a little fixing, the puck gets stuck in one end goal. But those are minor. All the major things were great!

Liked: That there was an indoor and outdoor pool. Restaurant onsite. Staff very accommodating!!
Disliked: Outdoor pool was dirty. Kids didn’t want to swim out there! Not enough seating inside or out!!
