Good service and a nice...

Liked: Staff were really nice and helped you with everything . Breakfast was nice . Clean and tidy. The pool and jacuzzi was really good and was perfect for when the kids were bored .

Liked: All staff very friendly and hardworking. nice bar area and not overcharged for drinks
Disliked: Bathroom dated but work is being done I understand

Above expectations

Liked: The room was huge, with a comfortable bed/mattress. There was a small fridge, which was a bonus on a summer holiday. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Didn't use the pool or restaurant, so cannot comment, but the room was above expectations. All members of staff were very friendly and professional. Will definitely return.

It's alright, staff excellent

Liked: Location. Use the multistorey carpark close to the hotel. It's cheaper. Pool and juccuzi needs to be booked, when we did, no one else there. Bus load of oldies in the lounge only lol
Disliked: Beds not particularly comfortable, bunk beds really high, even worried the kids!

Disliked: Music playing really loudly from 7am somewhere in the hotel as we were on the first floor.
