Exceptional

Liked: My stay was excellent. The view from the room/deck was fantastic. Relaxing in the Jacuzzi with the sky lite above was awesome.
Disliked: The height of the cabinet where the dishes/glasses were stored was a bit high for someone is vertically challenged. I needed to use something in order to get a glass down. Also they stored the utensils in a coffee cup which posed to be a bit awkward and a bit dangerous due to my height......knives pointing upward, can/wine opener made cup heavy too

Liked: Scenic and beautiful area
Disliked: Jacuzzi bath in room didn’t hold water plug didn’t work and was one of the main reasons for booking this room was to relax have peaceful bath with jets and kids and adults were both not happy.

Liked: Location, views, pool, hot tub, lots of towels, comfortable mattress, easy to commute to hikes
Disliked: Sauna and steam room were advertised as working but they were not

Liked: Beautiful views, good for summer vacation while you can walk all the trails they have also good for a cozy winter stay!! Staff is amazing and super helpful made sure my stay was prefect and if nothing worked out they made sure to do their due diligence and make up for anything that may have happened!!
Disliked: There just so much property it’s seems it’s hard to maintain some of the properties. The hot water didn’t work in my condo and it made it sad for us cause I just wanna to burn my skin in a jacuzzi in my room hahah but they made up for it and I still love it here I just used the hot tub to soak and I’ll definitely be back!!!!
