NOPSI Hotel New Orleans

We loved this hotel! The food in the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly. We loved the welcome gift.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the staff was nice, the place was clean, the lobby is beautiful, the shower head height in the bathroom was adjustable… loved that!
Disliked: The pool is tiny and was very crowded because people can buy tickets to use it. Very loud rap music and sexual behavior happening in the pool in the middle of the day on a Sunday afternoon.

I had an amazing stay...

Liked: I like the room and the restaurant at the hotel. The staff was excellent from arrival to departure. The day shift chef, bartender, and waitress(Sarah) were amazing!!!! The chicken was soooo good. The beignets were great too. The drinks were good as well. The night staff was good too, but the drinks weren’t so good(different bartender). Food amazing! The valet staff were great too. Throughout my stay…. I encountered Sarah, Amber, Dominic, Richard, and a few others I didn’t catch their name, but they were so amazing!!
Disliked: I didn’t like how at check-in, one cookie was given when it was two guests staying. I didn’t like the extra fees that were charged. Incidentals, and parking is fine. All the other extra fees were unnecessary. There are annoying gnats in the dining area and the booth seats need to be cleaned. The upholstery on it. But other than that I had a great stay.
