We loved this hotel! The food in the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly. We loved the welcome gift.

Liked: Our room was beautiful. The shower was huge!

Liked: Absolutely amazing.. I booked this space after having an uncomfortable and unsafe experience at a self check in hotel. Staff was accommodating, gracious and ensured I was comfortable my entire duration which extended for 7 days

Liked: The location is great! Right by the Canal street and even tho there were some minor issues the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: When I initially booked the reservation 4 months before my trip I had reserved a room with a balcony. This was a main reason for us to choose this hotel, since it was special and it was our anniversary trip. When we arrived in the hotel, which was a UFC fight week, we were informed that they didn’t have any balcony rooms available… even tho we booked months in advance. They tried to make the situation better by giving us a bottle os champagne (which my husband had to ask multiple times for it because they kept forgetting about it) and removing the price of the balcony fee. They also informed that our new room would be big, which it was, and with a great view from the city. Since we didn’t have any other options, we had to stay with what was offered. The new room view was not great. There was only one window on the corner and it was mostly facing the bathtub of the other guests. The initial room was the main reason we booked with the hotel, and I was personally very excited about it, in the end we only had a weird window on the corner with a great view of our neighbors underwear drying on the bathtub. We appreciate the effort to make it better from the staff, but don’t make a room available if you don’t have it.
