We loved this hotel! The food in the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly. We loved the welcome gift.

Liked: Our room was beautiful. The shower was huge!

Hopsi New Orleans

Liked: lovely room.. especially the bathroom which was spacious.
Disliked: I travel extensively and more than not when I leave and return to my room, trash and used tiwels/bath cloth are removed from the room and replaced. I stayed Friday night through Subday morning and my room wasn't cleaned and I ended up taking out my own trash twice because it contained eaten food. Additionally the "blankets" on the bed had stains. I understood that if you wanted items such as shower caps, towels, etc you needed to call the front desk.. but for a 4 star hotel now consideration is needed.

We had a wonderful visit...

Liked: Beautiful historical building. On-site bar and food accommodations. Nice-sized room with balcony/patio access. Great views of downtown. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Large shower and bath. Many positive interactions with pleasant, efficient staff. Every person we were in contact with was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: There were some burns on the carpet in my room. And dark scrapes along one wall from furniture. Had issue with shower water pressure one day; it was normal the next day.

Liked: It was a great location! We came down for the weekend to go to the saints game and the hotel is walking distance to the super dome. The staff was AMAZING! very very helpful! The general manager at the front desk was so nice & so accommodating! They helped with our luggage & made our stay very relaxing & easy! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to New Orleans!

Exceptional hotel and service

Liked: Great location, excellent facilities and the room was superb. Very comfortable beds and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Good location, very walkable to the French Quarter, clean, large rooms with plenty of space, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: The pool was too cold, and housekeeping was every three days. Pillows were very plush-- but this is mostly preference.

Liked: Staff was super friendly, lots of entertainment on the Rooftop, restaurants had good food and prime location downtown. Only 5 minutes walk to Bourbon Street.
Disliked: Room service every other day
