Great location, not a nice...

It was a nice experience...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic the one day our schedule allowed us to have it and the breakfast attendant was very professional and kind. The location was the best part. The front desk staff member on our arrival date of 4/20/25 was SO kind and he deserves accolades. The other front desk staff as we came and went through the other days were always pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It would be nice to have newer and cleaner towels and a more comfortable (softer) mattress. Slightly disappointed in return in value on what we paid as was almost $300 USD per night. Breakfast should open before 8am since most tours start early and breakfast is a must as opportunity since clearly part of total per night price. If that's not possible, consider offering to go breakfast with a can of Illy coffee, box of juice etc. and two pastries and a piece of fruit to those who pre-arrange the day before with front desk.

Liked: Location was fantastic for Piazza Navona and all major tourist attractions were in walking distance. Annex was clean and not too far from the main hotel. Furniture in bedroom room sparse, one desk chair which means, if two people someone sitting on bed whenever your relaxing in the room.

Liked: I love the location in the old part of the city. Just one minute to many restaurants. Very quiet.
