Perfect

This was our first time staying at My Place hotel chain, but with experience we had we would make sure to avoid booking

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Price for stay was high, but everything in the hotel was made cheep. Everything looked and felt to be made at bare minimum to pass a hotel label. We were feeling we stopped at the cheapest motel all the time we were in the hotel. Many regrets we stayed there. Hotel didnt provide free continental breakfast Though there were appliances in the room, no plates or utensils were provided, but had to be rented for a $1 each piece. There were no lounge where you can sit in a lobby to meet with other guests. Very limited parking space. The bedding was clean, but low quality, very uncomfortable. Nothing in the room felt inviting and restful. We could not wait to leave that place.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: I wanted to use my military discount and was told I could use it next time. They were not willing to work with me. Also not having utensils, toiletries, ect available. You had to purchase them.

Disliked: They didnt provide any toiletries, no kitchen utensils, you had to give them towels to get new towels, the ice machine did t drop a lot of ice, had to go downstairs to get trash bags, they said they clean the room every 4 days. I asked the front desk if I could us my military discount. I was told I couldnt because I didnt book through them directly. I offered to canx my reservation and rebook. They said next time.
