Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly atmosphere.

Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Fairly quiet.
Disliked: The room was really hot. The air con did work but it seemed to take a long time to cool down.

Great for a gig

Liked: Lovely staff, check in is so easy, great wifi, and decent price of parking.
Disliked: The mattress felt slanted everytime we rolled over it felt like we were about to fall off the bed. however comfy bed nonetheless. Would be good to have an extra towel in the room. Our phone to tv sync also didn’t work, not major but frustrating

Incredibly clean and comfortable stay...

Liked: Really clean and bed was so comfortable- pillows were AMAZING!
Disliked: Lift not working which meant a lot of use for remaining lift with too long a wait for it on top floor. These things happen though and we were able to use the stairs thankfully.

Liked: Everything, location, room, easiness of it all, plenty parking got into the room early no issues
Disliked: The fact we had to pay for parking as a disabled user, plus I don't think guests should have to pay to park if there staying at the hotel
