BEST HOTEL IN EARLS COURT!

Liked: Eveeything I stay here many times. The best hotel in Earls court
Disliked: Nothing

It was a nice stay...

Liked: All staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice and simple, toast, hardboiled eggs, jogurt, fruit, tea or coffee. They even had a gluten free toast upon request. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby all day.
Disliked: Room was little smaller than expected. Window wouldn't open much, AC wouldn't work either (it was still cold outhise), so we weren't able to ventilate or get any type of air in the room. Not much problem in our stay, but can't imagine if this happened in summer.

It suited our needs for...

Liked: The staff was very kind The rooms are smaller than expected, but nice. Eat breakfast early - the room is smaller and crowded, breakfast is good.
Disliked: We could have used more electronic contacts to charge our devices.

Location Advantage... Manageble Stay

Liked: Close to Underground and lots of restaurants n supermarkets. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Decent basic breakfast.Overall Ok experience for a 3 star property..
Disliked: Room and bathroom size - they are fairly small, but manageable. Housekeeping - we had a used coffee cup in the room for 2 days - when I informed the reception - the response...some people want to not have their coffee taken and like to drink old coffee....I wonder who!!!

Great for short stay solo...

Liked: Good location. Clean. Small but well designed room. Check out by 12.

Good overall, but deficient in...

Liked: Its location near a station that was accessible. As an older couple with luggage, we need lifts and ramps and no stairs to access transport. It was also good that there was an internal lift — although you still had to go up stairs to enter the building. The breakfast was also a very good continental offering.
Disliked: The lower ground rooms. Having so many rooms ‘stuffed’ underground was quite shocking. Our room did have a ‘window’, that we could open thankfully so we could alleviate the stuffiness of the room, but it opened onto a void with a wall, underlining the subterranean nature of the room. Plus the bed was into the wall on one side, without a bedside table on that side. As an elderly couple, I had to climb over my husband to get out of bed to go to the bathroom during the night. You can’t sell this as a double room if a couple can’t get out of bed independently.
