Overall, it was a decent...

Liked: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and short walk to the beach. The hotel itself is clean. Overall, a good experience.
Disliked: The bunk bed was quite noisy, and I was disturbed by traffic noise from the road early in the morning.

Liked: Location was good and Lily was really helpful and not at fault for anything bad that we experienced.
Disliked: Car parking was a joke and so was the ad that they provide a hot tub.It isn't until AFTER you check in and get to the room that they tell you it's £180 for 3 hrs and you have to provide 7 days notice.Shambolic room maintenance too. Drawers missing handles and despite us being there 3 days we didn't get fresh towels once. We left a day early cos I couldn't get into the car park cos they only have a handful of spaces but had dozens of occupants. I asked to contact someone who was blocking my turning circle only to be told they couldn't find out who it was. Despite the fact they'd confirmed it was a paying customer.Also only one plug socket worked so we could either watch TV, make a cup of tea or charge a phone but not all 3 together!

Liked: The only positive aspect were the clean towels and bedding. Avoid this place by all means or else have no expectation to avoid disappointment.
Disliked: The person who needed to inform us that he was the boss should be banned from working in the hospitality industry!! He was extremely rude overall in each interaction and didn't even apologise for not returning my bathing suit which I left in the room. Hanging electric cables in the room, leaking taps, broken shower door replaced by an improvised curtain hunging by a cable (?), no pressure for watee in the shower, impossible smell in bathroom which made us ask to change rooms (at the cost of my bathing suit forgotten and never retrieved), ghost looking place on a bank holiday weekend with no one at reception from early evening, passive - aggressive notes everywhere signed "Norman", which confirmed a possible unresolved ego issue, breakfast from 9- 10, totally disregarding guests' preferences for early start of day.We gave up trying the breakfast to spare us another potential interaction with that guy.

Manager suggested me to leave at once when I politely asked whether I could leave the car for longer and pay for it. He boldly said that he prioritises new customers over usI was shocked by his response and my children noticed this rudeness. When we walked off, my son was scared and said he was shouting at me. This has severely put a sour note on my experience

Look around for another hotel

Disliked: Everything.1 pillow each, no hot water in room, breakfast was continental when not stated what it was. Manager rude. Broken hinge on fire door.
