Liked: Location to beach and amenities
Disliked: We booked a double bedroom and we were given a small room with a double bed and a single bed no other furniture in room , no chairs to sit on the bedroom was very shabby, bed squeeked, no top sheets, duvet was dirty and a winter one ( in AUGUST REALLY!!!). Could'nt fit the kettle in bathroom sink had to use empty pop bottle to fill it up, no housekeeping done had clean towels after having to request them no filling up on toilet rolls either. Breakfast was ok! No Bar open ( as advertised) Wi-Fi would'nt let Us sign in . Could'nt be bothered to take photos of room we just wanted to be out all day.

Disliked: Stayed couple days . The shower was broken . I’ve informed the manager who told me he will have a look but never turned up , also there wasn’t any towels, shower etc which you get in any hotel rooms. Also we have been charged for parking which didn’t not mention on booking.com. So overall it wasn’t a great experience

Not bad stay , but...

Liked: 10 min walk until the beach .
Disliked: Breakfast that starts at 9 am seems a bit too late. People quién to eat, and the space is limited . As people woke up earlier to go to the beach, it would be fair Breakfast to start at least at 8am .

Good location but poor service...

Liked: Good location, restaurants and shops nearby and 10 minutes walk to the BIC also good car park and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: No cooked breakfast so disappointing also breakfast was late 9am so we didn't have time for breakfast because we had to be at the BIC between 8:15am-9:20am also one of the double rooms looked like a single room so not enough space and no chairs to sit on in both rooms also the television didn't work properly because it was the wrong remote! so I complained about it and they said that they will look into it so 4 days went by and still nothing was done about it also the wifi didn't work properly! Also my mum wanted to blow dry her hair at the dressing table where the plug is and couldn't do it properly because the mirror was on the wall near the door not near the dressing table! Also the didn't top up any milk to go with our complimentary coffee or tea! Also they didn't bother cleaning our rooms! So we will not be going back there again!
