Liked: Close to freeway.
Disliked: I booked here because it offered a shuttle to airport. What they neglected to inform me was it did not run until 7am. My son needed a shuttle much earlier than that. Was told to use a cab service. Also upon arrival was informed they may not have a pet friendly room available. Another reason I booked was because it said pet friendly. Bedding was dirty almost left .

Never coming back!

Liked: The room smelled of stale smoke, the bedding was burnt from cigarettes (cover, blanket), pillows were lumpy and old. The furniture was outdated and not sturdy. There was no coffee or coffee machine. The grass outside for dogs was full of poop and stank. The toilet ran and was noisy. There was no hot water in the tap to wash face and hands. I will never stay at this motel again. One of the worst experiences ever. Very dingy and unkept. Not worth paying any money.

Disliked: The credit card machine wasn't working and I waited for 2 hours before I had to rebook the room and had to pay more than my original booking price.

Liked: I liked how kind and nice all of staff are. I'm also satisfied with my room in terms of the furniture, the size, and atmosphere.
Disliked: I wanted the room I stayed to have a hair drier, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
