Liked: It was an emergency stay! It is close to the hospital, so it was a great location for that factor.
Disliked: It was a little on the older side of amenities.

RUDEST HOTEL STAFF EVER, AND...

Liked: Not a whole lot yo like to be honest, I guess the cappuccino machine in the morning, that's about it.
Disliked: Well, first of all, our air conditioner was leaking water the entire time we stayed there, then they ended up kicking us out and not allowing us to pay for another night and their reason was "we had too many visitors." They also complained about one towel that I had to use to clean up my dogs pee, which ai rinsed out myself before giving the towels to the housekeeping ladies , and it wasn't even a body or face towel, it was a bath mat towel.... the employees were VERY RUDE, and I personally, HAVE NO WANT OR WILL IN ME AT ALL TO STAY THERE EVER AGAIN NOR WOULD I EVER REFER ANYONE TO STAY THERE, IT WAS HORRIFIC!!!!

Disliked: Hotel smelled a very strong order of smoke. There was no lights in the back parking area.

Liked: I love the coffee they provide in the lobby in the morning, and the location is great for medical visits to San Antonio
