Disliked: The water on the floor in the room. The cockroach on the wall in the stairwell. The noise of the next room.

Reasonable, grounds looking nice, but...

Liked: manager nice. He checked out questionable car out of sight from cameras, and removed them.
Disliked: No coffee pot in room. There were urine droplets left on inside of toilet seat. No comfy chair to sit in, only hard wood chair.

Liked: I liked the price, the location, and the attention of the people at the reception.
Disliked: Some areas of the hotel need repair. I made a reservation for a king size bed and when I got there they changed it. I didn't like that.
