Liked: Nice rooms.
Disliked: The whole lobby area and elevators reak of the smell of smoke.

Had to switch rooms due to cockroaches and hair in the bed. Huge cockroaches in the parking lot as well. Couldn't use outlet in bathroom because it kept tripping the circuit. Horrible stay.

She kept asking me for information but would not let me know if they had rooms available and the amount. Customer service sucked!

Liked: The room is big enough, huge bathroom, but not very clean. everything is very modest.
Disliked: The bathroom is not very clean. The sheets and towels are greyish. The neighborhood was very fishy as well.

Liked: only thing I liked about this property was the location from the airport.
Disliked: The room that we had had roaches, they were crawling all in the bathroom all on the floor all along the wall we could not stay in the room, wind up, leaving as soon as we checked in.

Dirty, filthy and unsafe

Disliked: This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, dirty and sketchy. Its convenience to the airport is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to go somewhere clean and where you feel safe.
